Renovation of an educational facility in Sterling Heights, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
1.1. All Trade Contractors shall be bound to all requirements and conditions applicable to the Work of their respective area of Work of Division 00 - Procurement and Contracting Requirements and Division 01 - General Requirements, Drawings, Specifications and Addenda. 1.2. Scope of Work General Notes shall be applicable to all Trade Contractors. The Scope of Work of each Bid Category shall include the following items required for, caused by or resulting from its Work RFP Design - Chiller Upgrades at Sterling Heights High School 2022 Bond Issue - Bid Pack No 05B The Board reserves the right to waive any irregularities, reject any or all bids, or accept any bid when in the opinion of the Board such action will best serve the District's interest. All questions during the bidding period shall be referred to Jade Warner, Clark Construction Company via email: JWarner@clarkcc.com Bids must be submitted in hard copy only using the Clark Construction Company Bid Form. Bids will be publicly opened and read immediately following the proposal deadline. No oral, fax or emailed Bids will be considered or accepted.
