Incline Village General Improvement District (IVGID or District) is requesting competitive proposals for the Design-Build services for the 30% schematic design and pre-construction services for two designs of the Incline Skate Park Enhancement Project (Project). Once the Board of Trustees (Board) has approved a design and budget, the 100% Design and Construction Phase Services of the Project will be awarded. The District's RFP is a competitive selection process and the Design-Build Teams will be asked to propose on two designs for the enhancement of the existing skate park. The proposals will be objectively scored and ranked by a selection committee. The District and its selection committee will evaluate the proposals on their merits and conformance to the published performance standards. The proposal demonstrating its adherence to the Design and Performance criteria and overall presentation will be awarded the design-build contract for the Skate Park Enhancement Project. This RFP includes a description of the scope of work, proposal requirements, and instructions for submitting the proposal. The District is requesting proposals for total project costs of $250,000 and $500,000, which budgets include hard and soft costs.
