Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Seagoville, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The project includes, but is not limited to, the reconstruction of approximately 900 LF of Hall Rd, from Shady Ln to Catherine Ln, as shown on the plans and indicated in the specifications. Removal of existing pedestrian bridge. Extensions of storm culvert, with construction of associated headwall, compaction of dirt provided by the City, and construction of sidewalk to replace the removed bridge. City of Seagoville reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities in the bids and bidding deemed to be in the best interests of City of Seagoville, and to reject nonconforming, nonresponsive, or conditional bids. Any protest regarding the bid/award must be submitted within five (5) days of the bid opening to the Purchasing Agent at 702 N. Highway 175, Seagoville, Texas 75159. Any protest received after the five-day period will be considered invalid. Bids must remain in effect for 60 days after the bid opening date.
