The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, transportation, equipment, parts, tools, and materials necessary to install Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) access points, on all (18) hoist house access doors. The Contractor shall install (17) RFID access points on the access gates leading to the walkway of each dam. The RFID access system will function as "Stand- alone" systems at each dam project site and will not require the use of internet connection. The Contractor shall install (4) security cameras at each of the (9) Fox River dams. The Contractor shall install (2) cameras on each side of the hoist house above the entry door, facing toward the walkway on each respective side. The (4) cameras shall be linked to a Digital Video Recorder (DVR) located at each site. This DVR and camera system will function independently at each site as "Stand-alone" systems and will not require the use of internet connection. These Security Cameras shall be suitable for extended outdoor use, shall be no less than 1080p High Definition, shall be suitable for and capable of recording clear images in all types of weather and lighting conditions and shall be of the panoramic type of Outdoor Security Camera with the option of 180 degree or 360 degree field of view. The key fob RFID access shall be a 125 kHz mullion mount proximity reader, 5-16 VDC, weigh less than 8 ounces and have the dimensions of no greater than 6.0" x 1.7 " x 1.0" (See Section 13-d-I for RFID specifications).
