Site work and paving for a road / highway in Middleton, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
**As of March 5, 2024 project was awarded but awarded amount is not available.** In general, the work consists of pulverizing the existing pavement on these streets, undercutting areas of poor subgrade, repaving the mainline road, and restoration of driveway aprons and shoulders to match the new road profile. The project areas included in the base bid are the full lengths of Stonewood Drive and Ziegler Court. The overall rehabilitation work includes the following approximate quantities: 15,000 SY asphalt pulverization, 3,890 tons of hot mix asphalt, removal and replacement of concrete and asphalt driveway aprons, installation of 11,600 lineal feet of gravel shoulders, restoration of the work area, and other miscellaneous items in conformance with the Contract Documents. Bid Bond equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid payable to the OWNER. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to ENGINEER Question Deadline 02/05/2024
