Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Sacramento, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

This project involves HVAC improvements to the existing Administration/Kindergarten Building and associated site work. This project requires a Class B license. In accordance with California Labor Code Section 1770 et seq. payment of the appropriate general prevailing rate of wages for all crafts employed on the public works site is required of the Contractor and all subcontractors. Compliance with California Education Code Section 45125.1 mandating fingerprinting requirements apply to this project. This project consists of replacing (1) multi-zone rooftop package HVAC unit with (3) smaller rooftop package units including structural framing improvements, replace (2) existing rooftop package HVAC units in-kind using existing curbs and structural framing, provide (1) new split HVAC unit with rooftop condenser including new structural blocking, provide exterior accessible path of travel upgrades from parking/drop-off to main administration building entrance, and provide interior accessible upgrades to (1) staff restroom in administration/kindergarten building. This project requires a Class B license.
