Performance Bond Contractors Receiving Award Shall Be Required to Furnish an Approved Performance Bond, Labor And Material Payment Bond for One Hundred Percent (100%) of the Contract Amount Which Shall Be in Full Force and Effect for Twelve (12) Months From Date of Acceptance of the Work.
