Site work for a mixed-use development in Russellville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
The contract involves the construction of a construction access road, the extension of 450 LF of 8-inch PVC Water Main and the extension of 580 LF of 8-inch Gravity Sewer Main to serve the West Industrial Park off U.S. 68/80, all in the city limits of Russellville, Kentucky. No Bid will be considered unless accompanied by a cashier's, certified or bank check or a Bid Bond equal to at least five percent of the maximum Bid, payable to the OWNER as a guarantee that after a Bid is accepted. Bidder will execute and file the Agreement and 100% Performance and Payment Bonds within fifteen days after the tentative Notice of Award. The Logan County Industrial Development Authority reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous.
