Provide all labour, equipment, materials and services required for removing, modifying, supplying & installing, testing, and putting into operation all Plumbing Systems of Division 22, consisting of: relocation of existing Boiler Room floor drain, and revise to a new 3" dia floor drain c/w hub; removal of existing boiler DCW feed and capping line; removal of old electric DHW tank, and modifying/reworking existing 3/4" dia domestic hot & cold water piping to suit new DHW exchanger tank; supply & install new DHW exchanger tank c/w DHW potable expansion tank, and thermostatic mixing valve for tempered hot water; as well as all related misc. Plumbing accessories, valves, & materials; - all as indicated on Drawings, as hereinafter specified, and/or as per applicable Codes & Local Building Department requirements.
