Demolition, site work, remodeling and renovation of a bridge / tunnel in Kingman, Arizona. Completed plans call for the remodel of a bridge / tunnel.

Mohave County is soliciting competitive bids from qualified firms to establish a contract for the replacement of water lines and other work in preparation for the eventual construction of an extension of the Grace Neal channel in the vicinity of Jagerson Ave and N Castle Rock Road, North of Kingman, AZ, on behalf of the Mohave County Flood Control District. Contractor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to supply and construct all waterline, sewer line stub and box culvert with wing walls and toe down aspects of Exhibit 1 – Plan Set on sheets 14, 17, 22, 23 and 26 of the Grace Neal Channel plans. The water line replacement shall be 16 inches. Replacement of the water line shall be constructed per the approximate grades shown on the plans. Minimum clearances are to be maintained and final grades provided by the contractor to the County. All work shall be completed within 180 calendar days of Notice to Proceed. Deadline for questions is January 12, 2024. Bonds required.
