Office Renovation and Expansion Phase III The Owner requires a bid bond submitted with bid equivalent to 5% of the total bid including alternates. Contractors must be licensed under LA. R.S. 37:2150-2163 for the classification of (1) Building Construction. Contractor to indicate the License Number on the envelope. This project is subject to all provisions and procedures of the Louisiana RS Title 38, Section 2181 etseq. applicable to the Louisiana public bid law. Plan holders are responsible for their own reproduction costs. Printed copies are not available from the Architect, but arrangements can be made to obtain them through most reprographic firms.
