Site work for a water / sewer project in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work includes approximately 2,800 total linear feet of full manhole to manhole 8" sanitary sewer lining repairs, raising four existing manholes to grade, installation of three new manholes, and all necessary restoration and appurtenances for said construction. Any technical questions regarding the bid documents are to be directed to LSSE The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to Ben Avon Heights Borough to guarantee the bidders entrance into the contract if given the award. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in the bidding.
