Specifications: Plaster - Ultra Blue Quartz (15,485.00 SqFt) Pool Filter Sand Replacement - Silica Sand .45MM-.55MM (13.00 Tons) As determined by the City Manager, as delegated by the Abilene City Council pursuant to Resolution 62-2016, the City of Abilene will utilize the "best value" competitive bidding method in determining the award of the contract, as authorized by Chapter 2269, Texas Government Code. If Performance and Payment Bonds are not required, the City will pay Contractor according to the Instructions to Bidders.
