Reference Number 0000263383 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/02/12 12:00:00 AM EST Prequalification The Place de Portage III facility was built in the 1970's and will be rehabilitated into a modem complex to update and modernize the base building services. It consists of nine (9) towers varying from 3 to 18 floors, which includes a connecting 3-storey bridge over Maisonneuve Boulevard. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Supply and Installation of all Miscellaneous Metal scopes During construction of this project, there will be several other projects on-going. The Work of this project must be coordinated accordingly between these concurrent projects, while maintaining the required separation of time and space so that the responsibilities associated with "Constructor" remain with the Construction Manager. The work will begin upon contract award and will be executed within the Construction Managers overall construction schedule. The scheduled duration for this work will be confirmed in the second stage of tendering. The work pertaining to this RFQ is anticipated to start in Q3 of 2024 and be completed by Q3 of 2027.
