Question Deadline: Wed Feb 14, 2024 2:00:00 PM (EST) Duration in months: 36 The City is seeking qualified Contractors to perform General Contractor Service Work under $130,000 at Various Facilities in the City of Niagara Falls. The intent of this RFSQ is to create a roster of qualified, licensed General Contractors to supply all labour, equipment, transportation, materials, and service necessary to perform General Contractor Service Work on an as required / on demand and emergency basis (optional) at various City of Niagara Falls locations. This pre-qualification applies to various projects including repairs, maintenance, renovations, additions and various Capital projects. Respondent(s) who have previously been qualified to provide the services described herein, or who are currently performing work for the City must also respond to this request to be considered for future work assignments. The following is a sample listing of the various types of services, which will be required during this Contract: Project Management and Supervision Excavation and Siteworks Asphalt Paving Concrete Flatwork (Interior & Exterior) Structural Concrete Masonry Repair and Installation Structural Steel Work Drywall board and Finishing Heavy & Light Gauge Framing Wood Framing Blocking Insulation, Sealants and fire intumescents Hollow Metal Doors, Frames & Hardware Aluminum Framing and Glazing Asbestos and Mould Remediation Flooring Painting Washroom Accessories and Partitions Millwork Cladding and Sheet Metal Flat & Sloped Roofing HVAC & Plumbing Electrical This is not an all-inclusive list. Other types of repairs, maintenance, renovations, additions and services may be required.
