The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, transportation, equipment, parts and materials to perform preventative maintenance service on one (1) Peak Shaving Generator. Inspections in the form of visual inspections and physical testing will be performed to ensure the system(s) are in the proper operating condition and to identify any impending generator failures. The small business standard is 12.5 mil. All eligible responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the United States Coast Guard, however those submitting quotes that do not have an active vendor record at SAM.gov or meet the size requirements prior to the RFQ due date and time will be considered either ineligible or non-responsive and will not be considered for award. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. *Site visits are not required for this action but strongly encouraged, contact the unit COR to request a site visit.
