The small business standard is $12.5 million. The estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. All eligible responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the United States Coast Guard, however offerors that do not have an active vendor record at SAM.gov or meet the size requirements prior to the RFQ due date and time will be considered either ineligible or non-responsive and will not be considered for award. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation.
