Reference number : 1802672 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2024-02-08 Electronically transmitted submission accepted: Yes, via the SEAO, with a document Expected duration of the contract without options (in months): 4 For the portion of the work planned outside the building, the project consists of demolishing part of the existing exterior retaining walls and repairing the parts that will be retained. The profile of the land will also have to be modified and the roadway will have to be redone (slab, foundations and paving). Stormwater drainage facilities will also need to be redone. Concerning the work planned inside the building (room S210), this consists of modification work to the access ramp as well as the unloading dock in order to allow the transport/unloading of goods in a manner safe and adequate. The current room S210-5 (block walls) could be demolished to allow the widening and extension of the access ramp. Note that rainwater drainage is currently done towards the interior of the building and work must also be carried out inside the building at this level (addition of pumping station, replacement/addition of piping, etc.).
