The City of Irving Capital Improvement Program Department would like to invite local contractors to provide competitive sealed proposals for the work outlined in the following specifications. The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all materials, appurtenances, tools, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary to make renovations to the Irving City Libraries as indicated in the specifications associated with this CSP. Renovations and repairs to three existing branch libraries for the City of Irving (West Branch, South Branch, and Valley Range Library) which will include various finish upgrades consisting of painting, flooring, casework equipment, accessories, and minor accessibility site paving repairs. The above listed work together with all associated appurtenances and other incidental items to complete this project will be installed at the 3 City Libraries located at: West Library - 601 Schulze Dr. South Library - 4444 W. Rochelle Rd. Valley Range Library - 401 Cimarron Trail A portion of this solicitation is funded through American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds.
