Sarpy County ("County") is seeking Statements of Qualification ("SOQ") for Construction Management Services for 60th Street, Capehart Rd. to Hwy 370, Project C-77 (13-02) for the Public Works Department. Professional Services include, but are not limited to: 1. Construction management, and 2. Staking and surveying. This project calls for the improvement of 60th Street from Capehart Rd to Highway 370. 60th Street is currently a two-lane gravel road. It will be improved through grading and paving to 3 lanes of concrete. This RFQ is for construction management and staking services as described in the below scope of work. The contractor has not been awarded and the construction start date has not been set but will be agreed upon after completion of the sealed bidding process for contractor selection. The project is tentatively allocated 260 calendar days for completion and may be phased by the selected contractor.
