Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Murray City, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The sidewalk improvements will involve the installation of over 1,200 lineal feet of sidewalk, including 7 ADA-approved curb cuts and any necessary seeding and mulching. The sidewalk activity will occur in two areas, one along Hack Street to replace a section of hazardous sidewalk and one along Main Street from Rail- road to Snowden Streets to repair the poor conditions of the sidewalk, which includes a sinkhole. The Architecture/Engineering scope of work will include project design, preparation of bidding specifications and drawings, review of bids, pre- and post- construction meetings, construction oversight as required, and obtaining all necessary permits. The grant administrator will prepare the bidding/construction documents as specified in RFQ Packet. Project schedules and additional project-specific requirements are included in the full application. As required by Ohio Revised Code 153.65-71, firms will be evaluated and ranked in order of their qualifications based on the evaluation factors listed in the full application. Representatives of Hocking County will enter into contract negotiations with the most highly qualified firm. Please submit separate proposals for each project that your firm is interested in. Please also state the amount of time that your firm believes would be necessary to have project(s) designed. and ready to bid after initial date of Architectural / Engineering contract begins.
