The Lake Soil and Water Conservation District (hereinafter, the "Funding Agency") is soliciting Bids for the Hockamin Creek at Moose Walk ATV Trail Crossing (hereinafter, the "Project"), which includes: Work to replace two undersized culverts under Moose Walk ATV Trail with a 35' x 20' panel-lam bridge deck and concrete abutments. The Work entails removal and disposal of existing structures, temporary stream diversion, and installation of bridge deck, abutments, and rip rap stream bed material as well as streambank and site restoration. Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bonds and Prevailing Wages apply to this Project. In addition, the provisions of Minn. Stat. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor also apply - all bidders submitting a Bid shall comply with the provisions of the statute. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract and shall be on a Unit Price basis. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. Est.
