Motor pickup and return to ACWPD South Plant; 2. Motor size: 150hp, 3phase, 480volt, 60hertz. 3. Disassemble, inspect and clean all parts; 4. Megger and Surge test windings; 5. Measure all bearing housings, shaftjournals, coupling fit areas, shaft seal fit areas; 6. Inspect condition of all stator ties, wedges, coils, leads, lugs and surge system 7. Strip windings in a PLC temperature controlled oven; 8. Clean and strip rotor core; 9. Core test stator; 10. Rewind and reinsulate stator using class H insulating wire; 11. Reinsulate all other applicable parts; 12. Insulate stator assembly utilizing a vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) process; 13. Furnish and install new bearings; 14. Furnish and install new space heaters; 15. Dynamically balance rotor assembly; 16. Completely reassemble, test and paint exterior
