The requested professional services will include the development and preparation of complete Culvert Replacement Plans, Hydraulic and Hydrological Reports, Geotechnical Investigation and Report, Engineering Estimates, FEMA Support, Construction Drawings, Technical Specifications, and Construction Management Services, including the preparation of record drawings.
