The Project consists of an interior renovation to existing spaces. New fixtures, flooring, finishes, toilet partitions, bathroom accessories, etc. are proposed. Nine single occupant, one Health Office, and seven multi-occupant bathrooms are all part of the project scope. Each proposal must be submitted on forms furnished within the Brighton Area Schools "Request for Proposals (RFP) Hilton Elementary Bathroom Renovations" and must be completed in full. Each proposal shall be sealed in an opaque envelope and marked with the name of the building project and the name of the bidder. A bid bond executed by an approved security company or certified check in the amount of at least 5% of the sum of the proposal shall be submitted with each proposal. All proposals submitted shall remain firm for a period of 30 days after the official opening of bids. Brighton Area Schools reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, in whole or in part and to waive any informalities therein.
