Furnishing and Delivering of approximately 29,000 gallons of Non Bacterial Biological Enhancer for Anaerobic Digester Gas Production to the Joint Meeting's Wastewater Treatment Facility located at 500 South First Street, Elizabeth, New Jersey, for a two (2) year period with the possibility of two (2) one (1) year extensions in accordance with the Specifications and Information to Bidders prepared by the Joint Meeting Questions Deadline: 2/5/2024 03:00 PM (ET) Bidder shall submit with the bid a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total price bid, but not in excess of $20,000, payable unconditionally to the Owner. Successful bidder shall simultaneously with the delivery of the executed contract, submit an executed bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the acceptable bid as security for the faithful performance of this contract. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. (Affirmative Action Program, Equal Employment Opportunity). These bids are being solicited through a Fair and Open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. The successful bidder shall be required to comply with all of the provisions of New Jersey prevailing local wage rates, as determined by the New Jersey Department of Labor and Industry. The Joint Meeting reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities or to accept the bid which in its judgment shall be in the best interest of the Joint Meeting. Bids must be prepared and submitted in standard proposal form in the manner designated within the Information to bidders
