Project No: 17.302 The City of Leander, herein after City, seeks to enter into an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm or Corporation, herein after Respondent, to provide construction services for the delivery of a new Senior Activity Center, Site Work, and Utility Improvements. The City of Leander citizens approved the issue of several bonds to fund the design and construction of the Leander Senior Center. This expansive building will provide recreation and entertainment facilities to the seniors of the City. This long-awaited project will provide meals, exercise classes, games, art classes and other featured activities for area seniors. The design and construction management services for the Project are being provided by PGAL, 14135 Midway Road, Suite G-200, Addison, Texas 75001 Questions Due Date: Feb 19th 2024, 5:00 PM CST All questions regarding the solicitation shall be submitted through the e-procurement system.
