LaRue IRA - Bathroom Complete Gut & Renovation. Location: 105 Charles St, Wayland, NY 14572 Work is to be completed within 90 days of award and P.O is issued. The vendor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to complete the work in a professional manner according to scope of work and architectural drawings if supplied. SCOPE OF WORK includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: 1. Furnish all materials and labor to complete the Bathroom Renovation per Architectural/Engineered Blueprints from This is a NYS public works project and prevailing wages must be paid. The vendor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to complete the work in a professional manner according to scope of work and architectural drawings if supplied. Work is to be completed within 90 days of award and P.O is issued. This is a NYS Public Works project and prevailing wages are to be paid. Refer to attached specification for the following scope of work. Site must be cleaned, and all materials secured at the end of each workday. Absolutely no scraps, especially fasteners, are to be left unsecured. Upon completion of Bathroom Renovation, before removal of equipment, contractor is to schedule a quality control and quality assurance inspection with Point of Contact listed above. SCOPE OF WORK includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: 1. Furnish all materials and labor to complete the Bathroom Renovation per Architectural/Engineered Blueprints from: Zaxis Architectural, Dated: 12/29/23. Question Deadline Feb 20, 2024 Contract term: 30 days after completion of project
