The Maryland Uninsured Employers' Fund (UEF or the Agency) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) in order to obtain third party administrator services that will provide the full scope of all services necessary for the third party administrator to function as the processor, investigator and administrator for all relevant UEF claims. UEF claims shall include all workers compensation claims found compensable by the Maryland Workers Compensation Commission pursuant to in accordance with the provisions of Md. Code Ann., Title 9, Labor and Employment Article where a claimant is found to have been employed by an uninsured employer, and the UEF is triggered to provide benefits per statute, or where the UEF has been implead as a party to the claim, as well as any other claims assigned to the UEF for administration by Maryland Law. MBE Participation (%) 5.00 Contract Duration: Five (5) Years. The method of contractor has not determined at this time
