The County, by and through its Department of Economic Opportunity, is soliciting proposals for a Proposer to provide design, construction, financing, operation, and maintenance of a mixed-use development on the Project Site Question Deadline 03/01/2024 Questions and inquiries requesting interpretation or clarification regarding this RFP may be submitted through email to Michael Yamashige at DEO@opportunity.lacounty.gov. All such emails should state New High Village Development Project Questions in the subject line. The County has established an aspirational goal of 25 percent determined by total dollars awarded to CBE. There will be a utilization goal of 25 percent for County-verified Certified Local Small Business Enterprises (LSBEs) and a utilization goal of 3 percent for County-verified Certified Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises (DVBEs), The County of Los Angeles has implemented a Local and Targeted Worker Hire Policy (LTWHP) to facilitate the hiring of Local and Targeted workers. Pursuant to this policy, this project has a mandatory goal of at least 30 percent . .
