Site work and addition to a water / sewer project in Johnson Lake, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the addition of a water / sewer project.
Furnishing all equipment, labor, materials and appurtenances required to construct approximately 16,160 L.F. of 8 water main, horizontal directional drilling to cross wet areas and driveways, 100 L.F. of bore and jack 16 steel casing undercrossing Highway 283, valves, fittings, connection to the existing system, services and other such work as may be incidental to BOYD COUNTY RWD #2 - WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT & EXTENSION. Question Deadline 02/08/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Each successful bidder shall supply a Construction Performance Bond and a Construction Payment Bond executed by a Corporate Surety licensed in the State of Nebraska, each in an amount equal to 100 percent of the contract price. Envelopes containing bids shall be sealed and must be accompanied with the required bid security and documents in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids; and to waive irregularities or informalities to accept the BID it deems most beneficial.
