Clayton County Public Schools (CCPS) is fully accredited through Cognia. CCPS is seeking to supplement an existing list of pre-qualified firms available to provide Construction Manager at Risk ("CM at Risk") Services for a variety of future new construction, renovation and modernization projects. A current list of potential CCPS projects is attached hereto as Appendix B. The CM at Risk selection process for CCPS will be a two-phase process. Phase One is the pre-qualification phase exercised within this RFQu. Phase Two is the Request for Proposals (RFP) phase which will be utilized to select firms for site specific CM at Risk projects. Only firms pre-qualified during the Phase One process will be authorized to respond to Phase Two. CCPS does not intend to award a contract as the result of this pre-qualification solicitation. Pre-qualification of a firm(s) does not represent or guarantee that a future solicitation will be issued. CCPS intends to pre-qualify the additional Respondents for a period of one (1) year with potential annual renewals for up to four (4) years.
