This project bid will be between 2.3 and 2.5 million. Sumrall High School Courtyard Improvements Lamar County School Distrct Cn#23-4005 The owner reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive informalities. Enclosed is a bid bond signed by a Mississippi Agent or certified check payable to the Owner in the sum equal to at least five percent (5%) of the base bid. This sum is to become the property of the Owner in the event the contract. Contract Bond and Certificate of Insurance are not executed within ten (10) days of Notification of Bidder of acceptance of bid. These liquidated damages are for the delay and additional expense to the Owner. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
