Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Decatur, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a sidewalk / parking lot; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The principal items of work to be performed under this Contract are outlined herein below: BASE BID ITEMS 10,000,000 Gallon Water Storage Tank Interior Rehabilitation - Furnish materials, surface preparation, and paint to the 10,000,000 gallon ground storage tank interior, replace steel beams and make connections on the interior tank roof, pit repairs, remove the existing concrete walkway on the perimeter of tank, perform the installation of two additional roof vents and necessary coatings repair, make repairs to concrete spalls on the tank foundation, and pressure wash the tank exterior. A Bid Bond or cashier's check in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount bid (but not more than $10,000) must accompany each proposal. The payee of such bond or cashier's check shall be Municipal Utilities Board of Decatur, Morgan County, Alabama. The Bid Bond or cashier's check shall bear the same date as that set for receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to hold the bids for a period of up to ninety (90) days after the date of receipt of bids. The Work will be let under one Contract if award should be made; and the Owner reserves the right to select the Bid considered by the Owner to be in the best interest of the Owner.
