Description Of Work: This Work Shall Include, But Is Not Limited To, Installation Of Full-depth Hma Roadway, Concrete Curb And Gutter, Storm Water Sewer, Sanitary Sewer, Water Main Utility, Detention Pond Excavation, Thermoplastic Pavement Markings, Roadway Signage, Seeding, Sodding, And Temporary Erosion Control As Specified. Completion Date: The Work Has A Substantial Completion Date No Later Than July 1, 2024, And A Final Completion Date No Later Than July 29, 2024. Bid Guaranty: Each Bid Proposal Packet Shall Be Accompanied By An Acceptable Certified Check Or Cashier's Check Made Payable To The Town Of Albany Or An Acceptable Bid Bond In An Amount Not Less Than Five Percent Of The Total Bid Price Executed By An Incorporated Surety Company In Good Standing And Qualified To Do Business In The State Of Indiana. If The Bidder Is Awarded The Contract, A Performance, Labor And Material Bond Shall Be Required In An Amount Not Less Than One Hundred Percent Of The Total Bid Price Executed By An Incorporated Surety Company In Good Standing And Qualified To Do Business In The State Of Indiana. Bid Proposals: Bid Proposal Packets Shall Be Properly And Completely Executed On The Forms Provided, Including State Form 52414 (Form 96), Revised 2013 Or Later. A Pre-bid Meeting Will Not Be Held For This Project. Contractors And Sub-contractors Are Required To Enroll In And Verify The Work Eligibility Status Of All Its Newly Hired Employees Through The E-verify Program. No Bidder May Withdraw His Proposal Within A Period Of 60 Days Following The Date Set For Opening Bids. The Owners Group Reserves The Right To Retain Any And All Bids For A Period Of Not More Than 60 Days And Said Bids Shall Remain In Full Force And Effect During Said Time. The Owners Group Further Reserves The Right To Waive Informalities, And To Award The Contract To Any Bidder To The Advantage Of The Owners Group, Or To Reject All Bids.
