Scope. The Contractor, to the satisfaction of the City, shall furnish all necessary of labour, materials, and transportation, and all ancillary and related services necessary to the supply and delivery watermain pipes and related fittings Quantities. The Goods identified in this Schedule A represent the City's preferred requirements as of the date of this RFQ and are subject to change. Quantities ordered will be based on approved budgets and operational needs and may increase or decrease at the City's sole discretion. The Contractor shall make no claim for anticipated profits, for loss of profit, for damages, or for any extra payment whatsoever, except as provided for herein, because of any difference between the amount of Goods actually supplied and the quantities stated. Delivery. Goods delivery instructions and timeline to be confirmed by the City. All Goods to be delivered F.O.B. Destination, Freight Prepaid including HIAB off-load at 6651 - 148 Street, Surrey B.C, weather permitting. The Contractor will deliver the Goods between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, as directed by on-site superintendent. Contractor should confirm date and time of delivery.
