Reference Number 0000340658 The City of Southfield is soliciting bids from qualified companies to perform landscape maintenance services at 7 distinct sites within the City. Lots I through VI will be administered by the Department of Public Works and will be awarded as one contract. Lot VII will cover the 5 Fire Stations within the City and can be awarded as a separate contract. The work under this Contract includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment and construction equipment necessary for performing the work described in these specifications.
