This Invitation to Tender is for the Supply, Delivery, and Installation of NEW Bleachers on behalf of the Anglophone West School District. Bleachers are to be compliant with the specifications listed in the Item Description below. Vendors will be required to Dismantle and Remove the existing bleachers. This Invitation to Tender MUST include the Application of Logos (See Attached Mockup). DELIVERY AND UNIT PRICE Delivery is requested on June 24, 2024 to the delivery address listed in this Invitation to Tender document. Installation scheduling will be determined by the Anglophone West School District upon award. The successful bidder will coordinate with Anglophone West School District for final installation completion and removal of existing bleachers. When stating "unit price," vendors must include delivery to the shipping address detailed above. The bid price must include any additional costs and/or charges that may apply, this includes installation and dismantling. Vendors are invited to submit their UNIT PRICE-the price for a single product within the Tender Item-under the 'Unit Price' column. Vendors should then multiply their unit price by the 'Quantity/Unit' to calculate the 'Extended Price'. The 'Unit Price Including Discount' and 'Extended Price' should not include taxes. All prices must be FOB destination, freight prepaid. Do NOT include any sales taxes in the prices quoted in the tender document. All inquiries should be received seven (7) calendar days prior to the closing date; any inquiries received less than 7 calendar days prior to the closing date cannot be guaranteed a response.
