**As of April 16, 2024 project was awarded to Insituform Technologies, LLC, awarded amount is $4,691,088.08.** The Project includes the following Work: Construction or replacement of approximately 3,550 LF of gravity sewer with 8" and 10" PVC pipe; abandonment and grouting approximately 700 LF of existing 4" - 8" gravity sewer; construction of 27 new sewer manholes and removal of 17 existing manholes; pipe bursting 1,430 LF of existing 6" gravity sewer with 8" HDPE pipe; CIPP lining of approximately 14,400 LF of existing 6" - 12" gravity sewer; rehabilitating approximately 130 manholes including lining, new frame & covers, rebuilt bench & flow channels, etc.; construction of approximately 45 LF of 8" PVC and 15 LF of 12" PVC force main along with associated connections; cleaning and televising of approximately 19,100 LF of previously uninspected gravity sewer pipe and 58 manhole inspections; along with related valves, fittings, sewer services, roadway replacement and other associated restoration work. Additive Alternates No. 1 and 2, which include additional sanitary sewer rehabilitation and/or replacement in Service Area Nos. 7 and 8, respectively, may be included in the project based on available budget. Bid security must be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. To be considered qualified, Bidder must be licensed to engage in the business of contracting in the State of Florida by the Construction Industry Licensing Board and must have successfully completed, as prime contractor, a minimum of 5 projects of a similar nature involving gravity sewer and force main replacement/construction and sewer rehabilitation within the past 5 years, each having a minimum contract value of $500,000 with at least one project having a contract value in excess of $2,000,000.
