All questions are required to be submitted electronically via email to Jean Nicolai at jean.nicolai@vermont.gov by February 12, 2024 at 4:00 pm EST using the subject line "Planning and Design for PFAS Remediation RFP Questions." The question and answer summary will be posted to the Vermont Bid site by February 14, 2024 at 4:30 pm EST. he State of Vermont is seeking proposals for PFAS treatment planning and design for contaminated public water systems, or in limited circumstances, alternative solutions, such as new water supply source development or consolidation with an existing system. The State is requesting proposals that include work for systems that exceed the new federal standards and other contaminated systems that may pursue installing treatment. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
