This is a non-personnel service contract to furnish labor, management, supervision, tools, parts, materials, and equipment required to perform preventative maintenance services and incidental repair services for communication infrastructure equipment identified herein. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. All questions received will be answered by Amendment to the solicitation. If the Government responses to questions affect the Statement of Work (SOW) requirements or any other portion of the solicitation, then an Amendment of Solicitation will be issued. 4. Site Visit. The Government will hold a site visit at MICC Fort Sill on 21 February 2024, beginning at 09:00 a.m. CST in building 1803 Macomb Road, Fort Sill, OK. All interested firms may attend with a limit of two (2) attendees per firm. All interested firms are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. Please submit, in writing, the names of attendees to the KO and CS identified at paragraph 3 above by 20 February 2024 @ 2:00 p.m. CST. Technical questions will be addressed during the course of the site visit but will not be binding. If the Government responses to technical questions affect the SOW requirements or any other portion of the solicitation, then an Amendment of Solicitation will be issued. All comments and/or questions must be submitted, preferably in Microsoft Word documents attached to e-mail to the points of contract in paragraph 3 above not later than 29 February 2024 @ 2:00 p.m. CST.
