Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Berkeley, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
Scope of Work: This project encompasses the renovation of an existing, 9,836 square foot, one-story, Type-V, non-rated, wood-framed building located at 1900 Sixth Street. The project includes, but is not limited to: - New roofing installation. - Upgraded electrical distribution system. - Mechanical systems upgrade for new restroom configuration. - Minor interior modifications for electrical and mechanical installations. - Removal of existing fireplace. - Construction of new exterior porch structure. - Expansion of exterior storage enclosure. The contractor will be responsible for preparing all areas for new scope of work, including patching and repairing existing conditions affected by any demolition work. Submission Details: Bids must be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the Contract Documents. Bidders are advised to review these documents thoroughly before submitting their bid.
