Renovation of a military facility in Forest, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Replacement of an Air Conditioner Unit on a modular office building at the Bienville Ranger District Office. Remove old HVAC unit. Install new 3-ton 208/230V,1ø,60H AC, and 240 VAC 10 KW 41.6-amp 60H manufactured home vertical wall mount heat pump with secondary heat strips HVAC unit. Cleanup the work area. Remove trash and old HVAC unit from the Forest Service property. See SOW Delivery: 10 Days After Award Period of Performance: 02/19/2024 to 04/30/2024 Replace an air conditioner unit on a modular office building at the Bienville Ranger District office. See attached description of work for more details. The District Office location is at the Bienville National Forest in Scott County. Legal description: Forest, MS Quad; Sec.15, T6N, R8E. The directions for finding the District Office are to take Interstate 20 to Forest/Raleigh exit 88 at Forest, MS. At the Forest exit, take State Route 35 north and continue for two miles. The entrance to the office will be on your right. This project will involve the removal of an old HVAC unit and the installation of a new HVAC unit on a manufactured home on the southwest corner of the manufactured home portion of the ranger office
