Questions Due Date and Time February 6, 2024 by 11:00 am Local Time to tairey2@marylandports.com MPA reserves the right to reduce or withhold Contract payment in the event the Contractor does not provide MPA with all required deliverables within the time frame specified in the Contract or otherwise breaches the terms and conditions of the Contract. MPA may continue the reduced or withheld payments until the Contractor brings itself into full compliance with the Contract. MPA reserves the right to cancel this IFB, accept or reject any and all Bids, in whole or in part, received in response to this IFB and to waive or permit the cure of minor irregularities.
