Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Canton, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**As of April 1,2024 project was awarded to Verdeterre Contracting, awarded amount is $3,342,152.40.** Reference Number 0000340602 The Sheldon Road Reconstruction project involves full depth HMA pavement reconstruction of Sheldon Road from Yost Road to US-12 in Canton Township. The project also includes drainage improvements, permanent pavement markings, permanent signing, maintenance of traffic, and sidewalk ramp construction. Any questions regarding the material contained in this Request for Bid, please contact Mark Merkey at (734) 394-5150 or mark.merkey@canton-mi.org. Construction on the project shall not start before April 1, 2024. The entire project shall be completed on or before October 24, 2024. Once work begins on the project it shall remain continuous. The Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. Approximately 0.70 miles of full depth HMA pavement reconstruction of Sheldon Road from Yost Road to US-12 in Canton Township
