Site work and renovation of a civil project in Spring, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The removal and replacement of the existing motor control center, including a new control panel, computer, fully integrated SCADA system; the addition of a soft start on the water well motor and a variable frequency drive on the booster pump motors; the construction and installation of an electrical conduit for the future HPT; the recoating of the MCC building, including the exterior, interior, and roof; the removal and replacement of the building doors, AC unit, and interior and exterior building lights; disinfection; and the conversion of chlorine injection from gas to liquid. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to ENGINEER. Replies will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by ENGINEER as having received the bidding documents. Questions received less than 72 hours prior to the date for opening of Bids will not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. Scope of Work The work to be performed under this Contract consists of furnishing all materials, labor, supervision, tools, equipment and incidentals and performing all work necessary to construct WATER PLANT NO. 1 IMPROVEMENTS AND MCC REPLACEMENT as specified in the proposal section of these documents.
