Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Pennsauken, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and swimming pool.

The deadline for submitting questions is Friday, February 2, 2024 at 12:00pm noon. Questions shall be submitted in writing to the Engineer listed in the Special Provisions. Document Notes :Contract Documents and Plans for the proposed Work, which have been prepared by Edwin J. Steck, P.E. of the firm of T&M Associates will be made available electronically or at the office of said Engineer at 200 Century Parkway, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054. Interested Bidders must send an e-mail request to csander@tandmassociates.com . Bidders interested in receiving bid packages electronically will be provided with a link to download the documents after receipt of proper notice and payment of a nonrefundable charge of Twenty -Five Dollars ($ 25.00) payable to "T&M Associates" to defray the cost thereof. Bidders interested in obtaining hard copies of the documents in person from the office must make an appointment with Cynthia Sander. Bidders will be furnished with a hard copy of the Contract Documents upon proper notice and payment of a non!refundable charge of Onehundred Dollars ($50.00) payable to "T&M Associates" at the offices of T&M Associates to defray the cost thereof. The scope of work includes pool improvements to the main pool, intermediate pool, and kiddie pool, consisting of leak testing and pipe repair, replacement of expansion joints, tile work, pool plastering and pool painting, and concrete sidewalk, as well as all other work of any type or description necessary for completion of the project whether or not specifically described in the Contract Documents. All Work on this Contract is anticipated to take approximately sixty (60) Calendar Days from the Notice to Proceed with a deadline of May 15, 2024, to complete all work. Bid Bond or a Certified Check drawn to the order of "Pennsauken Township " for not less than ten percent (10 %) of the total bid price amount, except that the check shall not exceed $20,000.00. The successful Bidder is hereby notified that a Performance and Payment Bonds for the full amount of this Project is required. Pennsauken Township reserves the right to reject any and all Bid Packets to the extent permitted by law. An award will be made or Bid Packets will be rejected within sixty (60) Calendar Days after the opening of the Bid Packets, during which time the Bid Packets shall be irrevocable and unavailable to withdraw by Bidders, unless otherwise extended in the Contract Documents.
