The Fairfield County Commissioners are requesting bids for the REMODELING OF THE FAIRFIELD CENTER FOR GOVERNMENT SERVICES located at 12943 Stonecreek Drive, Pickerington, Ohio. The proposed area within the existing two-level concrete and steel-framed building to be remodeled is on one level and is approximately 4,500 S.F. in size Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope, accompanied by the bid bond described in the ITB, and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope "Bid for THE FAIRFIELD CENTER". The Facilities Manager, County Administrator, Architect, and County Commissioners will evaluate all bids submitted to determine the lowest and best bid. The Fairfield County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and all bids in response to this Invitation to Bid (ITB), and to waive any irregularities, nonconformities, or noncompliance with the terms of this ITB.
