The funding source for this project is SRF. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of the following project, Buchanan St Sewer Separation as follows: Installation of approximately 900 LF of 12" sanitary sewer, 100 LF of 24" storm sewer, 4 sanitary manholes, and 2 storm water structures including construction of a storm water basin to separate the existing combined sewer on Buchanan Street. Bond Notes: No Bid may be withdrawn for at least 60 days after the scheduled time for receipt of Bids so as to allow review of Bids before announcing award of Contract. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond and Performance Bond each in the amount no less than one hundred (100%) percent of the contract price. Owner Rights: The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids for failure to comply with applicable laws and/or with the Instructions to Bidders. The Board also reserves the right to waive any defect in any bid.
