Renewals are contingent upon mutual written agreement. Contract will commence upon the first day of the next calendar month after approval by the authorized authority. Contract remains in effect until completion of the expressed and implied warranty periods. County reserves the right to negotiate for additional services/items similar in nature not known at time of solicitation. County reserves the right to make awards to one or more Vendors to reject any and all offers or waive any minor irregularity or technicality in Proposals received.
