It is the Intent of the Following to Describe the Scope of Work Included in Each Bid Package. A Warranty Bond in the Amount of 100% of the Contact Amount Covering Defective Workmanship and Materials for a Period of One Year After Acceptance of the Project Will Be Required. Premiums for the Performance, Payment and Warranty Bonds Are Included in This Proposal. It is Further Understood That, if Accepted by the Owner, This Bid Becomes a Part of the Contract Documents Upon Signing of the Contract, and Failure to Comply With Any Part of This Bid Will Be Taken as Failure to Comply With the Contract Documents, and Will Be Just Cause for Rejection of Any or All of the Work. H. Accompanying the Bid is Either (1) a Certified Check, (2) a Cashier's Check, or (3) a Bidder's Surety Bond Made Payable to the Owner for Not Less Than 5% of the Amount Submitted Herein.
